This document had some unknown application in terms of setting degrees of damage for specific structural and site conditions on properties.
I assume it was for some sort of checkbox system, but it has a wealth of information in terms of setting inspection parameters and definitions.

WARNING: this is like a 325 page download so if you are on dial up, plan on a coffee break, and if you intend to print it out plan on better than a half of a ream of paper in your printer!
