What if congress would pass a constitutional amendment for interchangable

building units of various sizes from CBS block size to entire rooms - completely

free from building codes and lawyers.

Each actual building unit would be a physical part of a new constitutional

amendment which allows individuals to have the freedom to put together thier own

homes free from government of legal interferance from attorney's?

But what happens when Johnnie Home Owner installs it incorrectly...It falls down...you know he is going to have to get a Lawyer and go after someone.

The solution is personal responsibility. If I smoke...dang...I might get cancer. Why should I be allowed to sue anyone?
