Hello,
I graduated from the University Of Houston last year with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. I am currently looking for a mentor to pursue my career as becoming an appraiser.
I am wondering if you are hiring or looking for an assistant at this moment, the craziest and the busiest time ever in the Houston market.
I can start any position immediately and then begin working as an Appraisal Trainee as soon as I am trained. I am familiar with the TOTALsystem. Also, Houston has a big Asian market and I am fluent in Vietnamese.
I understand that the training appraiser will lose money on me for some time but am willing to commit to a long-term commitment that will be mutually beneficial to both my mentor and to me.
I am not looking for "my hours" to get the license test and go out on my own but am more interested in learning, contributing, and helping inefficiency and can bring some ideas to the table.
I can promise you that I am a very hard worker and willing to exceed all expectations put on me.
Thank you for your time and your consideration
