Looking for an appraiser in Boise to Ride Along with

Hey all!


I noticed no one in Idaho has posted here in some years. Hopefully there are still some of you out there!

I'm a relatively new certified appraiser looking to apprentice with someone near Boise. Moving from Los Angeles, California to Emmett sometime between July and September.

Looking for someone who will let me ride along, help me learn the areas and the things I'm unfamiliar with such as wells, septic, doing appraisals on manufactured housing, etc...

Willing to work out a mutually beneficial relationship such as doing report prep in exchange for ride along, stuff like that!

It is!!! Just bought a 3 BR, 2 ba, 6 ac home with a view that alone would cost $100K in LA for $250K. Our town has 6,000 people in it but Boise (with 600K+ people) is close by.

I'm pretty much in Love!!!! Now I just need to start working so we can afford it MUCH better than LA IMHO.
