I am looking for an Appraiser's assistant position in Charlotte, NC. I have completed R-3 and scheduled for USPAP mid September. My career background includes sales and management. My wife and I currently own a small business. I handle the paperwork for the business with Quickbooks. I can make myself available to work as needed since my current schedule allows me to be flexible. I would appreciate the opportunity to learn the required appraiser's paperwork and skills. I understand the value of the experience. My hope would be after I pass the state exam there would be the opportunity to expand my training and education and become a trainee for the appraiser. Being a business owner I understand the time, effort and risk involved in taking on help. I can assure you that you will not be "training the competition" since we have plans to move further south ( SC or FL ) or west in the future. Thank you.
