Hi, I have a purchase for a hdfc co-op at the beacon towers. I have comps and they are hdfc co-ops but the lender wants additional comps with similar subsidies. (The subsidies for my subject is $65,000 hpd, $94,000 hdc). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have done some on pre-war co-op's in the Lower East Side, but that wont help you much, The Beacon is the only new co-op I know of that was recently constructed.
Most co-op's were built over 25 years ago, or converted in the 80's.

Sorry I saw your post this late but I guess for future reference or if the job gets kicked back by an underwriter, you can check out Madison Avenue south of 125th Street. A few addresses that come to mind are 1825 and 1831 Madison. There might be one or two more in that vicinity. All are subsidized coops built within the last 5 years.
