I am done-after 20+ years of ACI usage I am done.

:unsure: :blowingup: They certainly have not attempted a mea culpa and apologized to their customers. I don't understand why they didn't other than their owners don't really care.
 
**** ACI. Its tough enough to keep clients these days. If you offer online renew then it better work. All I got is 4 charges for a renew and message through the software that I haven't renewed.

Yo!!!!! ACI customer service. Call me ASAP customer # 100235!!!!!!!!!!~!!!!!! Otherwise ** forever.

When I first called tech support the wait time was 34 minutes, then 37 minutes, then 41, then 45. Isn't the time supposed to lessen the longer you wait on hold?
