Lot Functionality in the SCA

I have gone back 8 years for one of these. Not a peep out of my client.
yep. you can go as old or as far away as you have to... just explain the extent of your search and why you had to use sales that were older or farther.

Because the cost/unit to build up presumably is larger????
To replicate the cost would be higher assuming it was the same features. If the house is 100 years old, it probably didn't have modern plumbing, wiring would be 2 strand, plumbing maybe lead and or cast iron, no plastic, wood single pane double hung windows 8' tall, etc. Who is going to be stupid enough to replicate that?

Doesn't Reproduction allow extict factors to be replaced by current, superior factors/technology/materials of equivalent, superior quality?
