Ok..here is the scoop. I have only been doing FHA appraisals for 30 yrs. An FHA Underwriter rejected an appraisal for a manufactured home because the following are not acceptable 1)Comp 1 was a cash sale of a manufactured home 2)Comp 3 was traditional, stick build housing. question??? Since when are cash sales not acceptable to FHA?? and can I find this in writing ??:shrug::shrug:

Two MH sales are required. After that one can use site built comps. A cash sale is a good sale and is the definition of market value (cash or equivalent to cash).

Don't know what the UW's problem is.
