Maps Not Showing Up On Pdf

Hi all,

I just started using Clickforms (as opposed to Toolbox), and am finding when I convert my files to a PDF, the maps that I scan in don't show up on the PDF. They are on the screen on the clickforms file, but not on the PDF. I've searched all over the Bradford site for FAQ's, and haven't found the answer. Has anyone else had that experience? What am I doing wrong? is it the PDF settings?

Rachel,

Are you using Version 5 or 6 of reader? .. sometimes the 128-bit encryption versus the earlier 40-bit encryption will leave out the pictures ..

I have version 5 of Adobe, not the reader, but the actual program. Is that the problem? Cost a bunch o' money to buy that a couple of years ago, hope I don't need to buy a new version.....

I've had no problems with Clickforms and I'm still using Adobe 5.0. You may want to go over to the Bradford site, join and post on the Clickforms forum there. You'll probably get an answer much faster.

I've had the problem with recipients unable to see the pictures (jpg's) but I could see 'em just fine .. like Rachel, using Adobe5.0 .. but I was seeing my pdf files okay .. but recipients weren't .. never had the case where I couldn't see the piccies on my own 'puter ..
