Maricopa County Valuation Changes

Anyone else going to the Assessor meetings next month? Rather intriguing notice from them announcing "the revision will move the Assessor's office from Marshall & Swift segregated cost system to the M & S square foot cost calculation method'.

They've scheduled some meetings to 'answer any questions you might have concerning the change'....

The change is not effective until the 2018 tax year.

Don't all answer at once. Did anyone go to this week's meeting? I forgot to put it on my calendar and missed it. I'll let you know what I learn at the 9/22 meeting.

Meeting is Tuesday - surely some other AZ appraiser on this forum is planning to attend? Did the rest of you get the invite?

Well I figured it out. You AZ appraisers are all going to be there tomorrow and will all yell 'surprise' when I walk in. Fine.
