One year after Amazon’s HQ2 announcement, here’s what happened to house prices in Northern Virginia

Prices did not rise 21% following Amazon's announcement.

So misleading. Median list prices up 33%.. yes it is.. due to builders putting up a whole bunch of proposed new homes on MLS.

This is not what market values or actual property prices did in Arlington. Unbelievable what these media outlets do for clicks.



This is more in line with what prices or market values are actually doing in Arlington. Up about 10% or less from the 2015-2018 period which was stable. Starting to trend higher.
