Is anyone using this add on? My MLS isn't covered by Spark, Datamaster, or MCA. However, MCA states they will cover us if I am willing to pay the $1,000 MLS fee to get them on board. And they will credit me monthly until that fee is "reimbursed". My issue is that I don't want to sign up for MCA if it doesn't work well and if the information is limited and needs grooming like Appraiser Genie. I'm tired of typing comps and the 1004MC! This is 2020! Come on software vendors...help us out! Any thoughts or ideas?

My initial thought is that, if they're a 'real' business, they shouldn't be asking an appraiser to foot the bill for RETS access. That's absurd. I don't understand why no one has developed a drag and drop functionality that works across the various MLS... IOW, you create a custom export - regardless of your MLS, and then that export is integrated into the forms software. So easy, yet no one has done it - that I know of.

It's really unbelievable! Appraisal software is so far behind it's ridiculous.
