I realize that Mercury is no longer a part of a la mode, but does anyone use their mobile app for Android?

Sorry to bump thread. I've had severe crash issues since Corelogic purchase.

Tech doesn't seem to have a solution or the incentive to correct. I have noticed that there are no issues with drafting the portal fee.

Anyone else having crash problems???

The app has been working fine on my various Samsung phones with no memorable crashes to speak of. Been using it on the note 8 for a couple of weeks now with no problems. Of course I just send status messages, not sure what you're trying to do with it so keep that in mind.

Thanks Mike. It crashes every time I try to accept an order. And often when trying to view attached docs and often when trying to send messages.

The techs have checked my system and don't have a solution.

I have to do all Mercury communication thru my desktop which makes the app virtual useless.

I use it with my iPhone 6S Plus and have no problems and I also use it with my ipad II with no problems
