Just a quick note to wish all the Iowa appraisers a Merry Christmas. I just talked to my one daughter who lives by Ottumwa. She said it had snowed quite a bit there and the wind had been blowing 30 to 40 miles per hour. Boy ! am I ever glad I am in California. It was 60 here today the sun was shining and I was out on the patio with only a shirt on ( no jacket). Yes, I had pants on also. lol
