Miami Merchandise Mart: What Is The Deal?

Over the years I have appraised several office or industrial condos in the Miami International Merchandise Mart (MIMM) but realize that I left a lot of variables out of the analysis since I always had comparables that were also in the development. Several foreclosure assignments just came in and I'll take this opportunity to do a deeper-dive into the condominium beginning with a full-read of the condo docs.

As a Florida general certified appraiser with MIMM experience, are you aware of anything I should pay particular attention to in the docs, or other issues?
