I've been fighting with this for a couple of months. The old LARA link no longer works no matter which browser I use. Apparently they have migrated the data to a new link, which you can find here-- https://aca3.accela.com/lara
Once you get on the page click the button marked "OLSR" which is one of the tabs located just above the blue bar labeled "Search Applications"
The site then asks you for a plat name and a date range and offers a list of available images, which you have to download as tiff files. It's a bit more work to get the maps but at least I can find them again.
