A new pleasant surprise from our realtor friends. From yesterday, for appraisers to see closed listings in MLXchange, there is a $250 setup fee, and $300 quarterly - cheers!

Isn't that what it always was. I dropped them about a year ago. I just couldn't justify the expense. And what's GSMLS; like 62.50/quarter?

They're ridiculous!

That's how some monopolies choose to operate.
(WOW!!!)
Reminds me of the tax assessor in a large, NJ city that was annoyed I called upon his office for some pertinent data. Says, he, "we should be charging for this data. If people want it, they'll pay for it."

Time to raise appraisal fees AGAIN, friends.

Perhaps you should explain to that Assessor that the taxpayers have already paid for the information and he is only the custodian of the publics information.
