Anyone encountered any issues since MPLS's zoning change?

YES. The Department of Commerce sent out threatening letters to everyone who has completed an appraisal in Minneapolis in Jan or Feb. In these letters they said they received a "complaint," but that is B.S. this is a fishing expedition/audit. I only found out today after talking to a fellow appraiser who received the same letter. Apparently there are posts about this in the appraiser Facebook groups, I don't have an account so I can't provide additional information. Let me know if you hear anything else.
