Hey all.....Ive been using ACI for 30 years. Is there a different solution for creating mismo files to send? They are almost $1,000 a year.

This one's pretty cheap. Don't know much about it, though. Looks like they have a market adjustment tool for $10/use.

Any of the appraisal forms software will create MISMO/XML/PDF files. My personal opinion is that ACI is the worst of the widely used forms software. Maybe investigate some of the other options.

Alamode isn't near that very high ACI yearly renewal.

That's my opinion as well, but I think probably just because that's the crappy one I use. If I used one of the other 'big box' offerings, I'd probably feel the same way. Although I do like Jeff Bradford personally, so maybe I'd give Bradford a break on sentimental value alone.

..... its better than ClickForms (though ClickForms looks better on the screen). in any event, the "get up to speed" time is the reason people don't change appraisal software willy-nilly. I like my ACI, know it (and the shortcuts) "like the back of my hand". Might not be the best - if I was starting out from scratch. But I'm not. ;) I learned ClickForms during the Dec-Jan 23-24 "ACI hack outtage", but still prefer ACI.

I read my Mismo to get to sleep. I usually don’t make it past 0YWRhd.

I disagree... although my measure may be different than yours. My measure is which forms softward got me from start to shipped most effciently. I've used them all... the two that 'won' were SREP and Bradford.
