I was wondering what are the MLS fees for the different counties in Connecticut. Also will your fees go up for the UAD?
 
Will I raise my fee for UAD?

Absolutely. More work is worth more money. If they don't want to pay for the additional work, what other part of the appraisal report can I leave off?
