I am a lender looking for licensed or certified residential Appraisers that work the Hamblen County market. We recently opened a loan production office in Morristown. We do not have high volume to offer but, we think we will do well in that area and can use a couple of competent individuals there. If all goes well we will open a full depository branch bank there. We are direct engagement, don't quibble over fees, do in-house lending and participate on the secondary market, too.

Oh, I might add we rarely get communication from an Appraiser asking for payment. We aren't perfect but pride ourselves in the respect we have for the appraisal process from start to finish.
