Anyone know how this is done, or if it can be done? The Move Comparables tool only lets you do comps 1-9.

Thanks

Yes, it can easily be done.
1) Navigate to the REO Addendum
2) Click on any field of the Listing you want to move.
3) Hold down <CTRL> and hit the number of the listing you want
to move it to.

For example, if you have filled in Listing 1, and you want to move
it to the Listing 3 position on the grid, simply click on the Address
of Listing 1 and hit CTRL-3. This is actually to "Swap" two comps,
so if there is a Listing already at #3, it will now reside at Listing #1
on the Grid. This works for every type of comp on every type of
comps grid I've used, whether for REO listings, URAR Sales, Form
1025 Listings, Form 216 Rentals, etc.

Thats a pretty neat trick, thanks.

Is there anyway to = all the fields and cells from comp #1 to #2 or other combination. Thanks

Oh wow, thanks Dan! I thought this thread was going to sink into the vast forum ocean...

Kendall:

If I understand correctly you simply want to "clone" a comp on the grid, right?

To do than, you simply click on any field on the comp you wish to fill in,
then type "==x" (equal, equal,x) where "x" is the number of the original comp
you wish to duplicate. For example, if you already have comp 1 completely
filled in on the comps grid, and you wish to fill in the exact same info for
comp 2, simply click on the address field for comp 2, and type in "==1"
and hit <Return>. I know this works on all flavors of the URAR (1004,
1004C, 2055, etc.) I don't remember off the top of my head, but I believe
it also works for the 1025 and 216. I think it may NOT work for the REO
addendum, however....

Hope this helps,
-Dan.

Also if you type == in the address field of the comparables it will duplicate the information of the subject.

Also, and this might be beating a dead horse, you can do individual fields in a similar way by using one equal sign. i.e. to copy the garage space count from the subject, type "=" in the same field for any one of your comps and then arrow down off the field. To copy from a comp, use "=x" where x equals the comp to copy from.

I've gotten a ton of use out of the extract function as well, especially while working on multiple reports within the same neighborhood or development.
