When adding a 1007/ SFR schedule to a 1025? What should the comparsion be?

1 unit from your subject, room count and GBA? Or the subjects total room count, bedroom count and GBA, adjusted against your comparables to Market rent?

I'm sure I will have to do this soon.

Thanks,

Normally you should not have to do a 1007 for a 1025, as the 1025 already has a rent survey section. If a client is asking you to do this, you might want to look at the rental section of the 1025 and let them know that the info is already there. The 1007 is usually used for single dwellings (SFR's and condo units).
