Must The FHA Case Number Be On Every Page Of The Report?

unable to download handbook at the moment. if yes, can you provide the page number if this is a requirement. thanks.
 
No, however most lenders require it on every page.

What software do you use? Its easy to do with Total.
 
FHA Case Number/ Appraiser Additional File Number
 Insert the FHA case number at the top of the upper right hand corner to correspond with the XML label /VALUATION_RESPONSE/REPORT/@AppraiserAdditionalFileIdentifier. This must be formatted as zzz-xxxxxxx, numeric only. (Example 123-4589034) This may also appear in a similar place on the other pages of the report but it is not a strict requirement.
 The FHA appraisal may not be transmitted to the mortgagee without a case number.
 In most software packages, this is formatted as an additional file number
 
Just put it on the upper right hand corner of the page, it should carry over on every page.
