I am starting this to make a stand and promise you in, "The Hive" that I will not reduce my fee's. You can count on me to not stab you in the back or toss you under the bus with accepting low fee's. Post up and show some support with me.

I'm with ya man. In fact with the new 1004C, I'm adding $25.00 to some and $50.00 to others. So, no lowering rates here, they are going up now.

Many years ago, I knew an old appraiser in Logan by the name of Dee Wangsgaard, some of you will remember him. He told me then, to always be $50.00 higher than the other guy, and you will never be out of work. Well, he was right. I've always been $50. higher then everyone else around, and never been completely out of work yet. I've had slow times, but never ever got completely caught up.
Think about it.

When is the next meeting?

My mentor and I do the same . . . no lowering of fees here.
