N.H. Comparable sales data

Hello New Hampshre,

Where and/or what do you use to get comparable sales. The MLS I use here for MA does not seem to have much info fo NH. Is there something different/better for up there ??

We use InnoVia MLS up here. MLS PIN only has a few NH listings.

I think you have to pay a fee to use Innovia in other states. When I look up MA and ME homes, I only get limited access to homes. I do not get all the sales/listings/etc.

Steve,

Just wondering why you need sales in NH with a Mass license? If its for personal use I may be able to pull comps on occasion for you. I know you southern folk tend to buy vacation property up here.
