NADA for cost approach but manufacture is not listed.

Trying to do the cost approach on a new manufactured home but NADA guide doesn't show the manufacture. This is being bought new from Clayton Homes and they say the manufacture is Tru Homes. NADA says if it is not on their web site then the manufacture is not providing them any info and they can't do the cost approach. Has anyone run into this.

If you look down at the bottom, it is Fleetwood, I think Tru is the budget model offered by Clayton.

The site is a dealer site. The bottom section is just info about the dealer. Fleetwood is just an advertisement for Fleetwood. Probably the dealers primary supplier
