Today on MSN there is an artile on whether appraisers are truly impartial. Basically it sums up much of what we have all complained about since day one and that is lender/broker/Realtor pressure. I was incensed about the comment by Pat Combs NAR president (National Assoc of Realtors)
"Pat V. Combs, the president of the 1.3 million-member National Association of Realtors, said she was surprised to hear appraisers reporting undue pressure from real estate brokers."
Should we, who are NAR members let her know that we are ashamed that NAR doesn't have a clue?
