what does that have to do with appraising...JT ...omg anything for a headline...that is an old dated show ( and corny imo ) most addiction overdoses, and crime these days are fentanyl related (imported from China and sold over internet ditto for meth home grown, and America's own dear Doctors and pharmaceutical companies over perscribing pain meds...

He's got 15-years in, so can start pulling down that big AMC money. I'm glad to know there is a job I'm qualified for after appraising.
