Has any one worked with this company ? I thought they were Nations Valuation. Good / Bad / Ugly ?

It's a co-op. There was a negative thread about them not long ago.

Yes we done about 15-20 appraisals for them recently, lots of stips, have to cross every t dot every I, the list of acceptable appraisal practices is a page or so long. If you don't mind spending extra time on the report and waiting 45 days for payment, and following all "their" rules they are not too bad. We do get full fee though, they want 4/5 days max turn around time.
