I just signed up because a good client switched companies to National City Mortgage, who uses NAS. We get a slightly above average fee for a AMC in this area ($300), and they pay quickly. The bad part is that they REQUIRE delivery by Lighthouse, which is a pain... They have the typical appt. in 24 hours, 5 business day turnaround requirements. So far, no call backs or letters to write, but I haven't had any difficult assignments, yet. We'll see...

Network Appraisal Services
National City uses a different company, Network Appraisal Services (good company except for Lighthouse). I got them mixed up also.
