Just out.

Navica has just made available a report form with the 1004MC data format.

Do a detailed search for your listings
or sold criteria.

Then select "Reports" and then "Reports All" and then click "GO."

Then select the Fannie Mae Market Conditions Report and click on "Run Report."

There you have it.

So far I have found no way to import the data into a report, other than to print the data out and then manually enter it into a report.

And to think that a month ago
someone at Navica told our MLS director that the 1004MC was going to be tossed on the junk heap of life.:new_smile-l:

Hopefully all the MLS providers will eventually come around.

Which type of MLS system do they use?

Oops, I thought that was the name of their local MLS.
Navica is the name of the software program that USAMLS.NET provides to the local MLS.

It's great they are responsive. No other MLS system here is even attempting this. I use the Brazoria County Navica. Has anyone noticed that the 7-12 absorption rate is incorrect. They are using 3 months instead of 6 months for calculating the rate . I wonder if this is the same for all the Navica MLS and if they know.

Mark:

You are so right!

I have sent a copy of your comments about the error (without identifying you) to my local MLS. They are going to forward it to Navica.

Watch for a quick change in the report.

Dave
