Important meeting for appraisers!
Don Rodgers & Roberta Ouellette from the NCAB are coming to Gastonia to speak with appraisers about Reasonable & Customary fees and other HOT topics for appraisers. You are welcome to ask any appraisal questions you may have and Don & Roberta will do their best to answer them. There is NO CE CREDIT for attending this meeting but please come meet Don & Roberta and get legitimate answers to your appraisal questions.
The meeting will be on Wednesday March 15 at 1:30 PM and should end before 3:30 PM. The location is Jackson’s Cafeteria.

I have a large room reserved. The owner offers the room free but expects people to eat lunch. If you do not eat lunch I ask that you pay a “cover charge” of $2.00 so he will continue to make this room available. Fair is fair.
If you plan to attend, please reply to this email so I do not have too many appraisers showing up for the space available.
