The last build Mr. Biggers created does not have the latest Mismo 2.6 eratta 1 update, so your reports will most likely be rejected by Fannie & Freddie because of that. Even though the rejection doc the lender receives says that some items are missing and you know for a fact that they are not, this is why. This is especially true for form 1025 (2-4 family) which more & more entities want delivered as XML. Too bad because I really did like NCV a lot. It's still good for non-lender jobs though.

I have not had any problem, but I do not do 1025's. I will run NCV till January 2015 at least. Then I will go back to Wintotal without all the bells and whistles that are not a necessity. I would just drop mortgage work if it was possible.

As JD suggested, I switched to Total and have been happy. Their $350 basic package is just fine for me doing 4 to 5 residential per month.

I switched a while back, their basic package works great,as does their Field App.

I still haven't switched yet, I just really liked the way NCVForms works. I think this will be the toughest software I've had to leave. But it looks like I will have to make that switch soon. I prefer Clickforms, as its pretty similar to NCV, but I don't think I can support that company. So I will likely switch to Total.

I am dragging my feet as well. NCV has been absolutely perfect for my work. Most likely come early next year I'll switch to Total. Grudgingly. As noted, Clickforms would be a super simple swap, but I can't do that either after the way it went down with JD.

DO what makes the most business sense. IF it saves you some money, send pat of Thh saving to Jd urge him to develop an application for field data collection and form filling.

It would help me out sine I am seriously tempted to drop appraising, move Hawaii & SET UP CAMP DOWN FLOW FROM THE CURRENT ERUPTION ON H BIG ISLAND. There, I will develop an IOS based field data application that will b compatible with clickfoms, and Total 2013:icon_lol: AND ANYTHING ELSE CZN FIGURE OUT WHILE WAITING O BE EATRN BY Z LZND SHRK OR INCINERATED PEACEFULLY . LOCATIONAL FACTORS MAY HELP KEEP TH PROJECT ON SCHEDULE. I MAY HVE TO HOLD MY HAT OUT FOR CROWD FUNDING TO COMPLETE NICELY FINISHED PROJECT.
