Is anyone using NDC Data? What do you like about it and dislike about it? I am thinking of giving it a try. I appreciated any comments.

I've been using NDC for years now. I like the fact that it's flat rate for unmetered usage, and plat map, flood data and sales history are included. Their database is updated every few days for LA county which means you usually get the latest comparable data.

I don't like their web interface but that's just a personal preference. Their website can be slow sometimes, specially recently. What i dislike the most is that recently it takes forever for their map to load when searching for comps and while you have to wait for it to load your browser hangs and is unusable. There are other minor flaws that i can think of but i don't want to discourage you because overall i think it's good value for the service if you have enough work.

Does anyone know who the source is for NDC Data's info?
