Has anyone heard if this company has gone out of business? It's a data service that lets you research sales comparables. They wanted me to try their product for 7 days and today when I called their phone number (800-964-2374) the recording said it is no longer in service.

There's nothing wrong with their web site, so I would try to call again.

You can also do the same thing with CoreLogic, SiteXData and Realquest in Florida. Actually, the data's good enough that I can get a reasonable value estimate in just about anywhere down there.

They are still in business. Try their website and contact them through the email link. Her in sunny SoCal, NDC is half the cost of Realquest. Also, our MLS uses Realist which is quite helpful.

NDC Data can also be auto populated into your forms you will need to take their class to find out how. The class is free and you get 4hours of CE.

I subscribe to them & they are still in service. Does anyone want to share
NDC with me & another appraiser?

The monthly cost is $155 & I am looking for 1-2 more appraisers to add on thereby reducing our costs. We're not that busy so it's not actively used.

They don't cover New Mexico and Real Quest and Site X do so very poorly. I even test drove the FNC version (where Appraisal port sells you back your own data) and that was full of errors and holes too. Hardly worth the $125 per month they wanted. My favorite was on address that had four hits with four different legals and owners and none of them were correct.
