Need Guidelines for database

I'm attempting to build a database of the appraisal giudelines. If anyone has the USPAP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, or VA (or any others I may have forgot) guidelines in pdf format (preferrably pdf, but other formats will do), I would greatly appreciate it if you could email it to me. Chapters 10-12 cover most if not all of the VA's appraisal rules. They're only available as DOC files so you'll have to convert them to PDF if you want that format. Beware, they change this Lenders Handbook on a whim from time to time and do not tell anyone when they do - or will tell you months later that it changed "months ago". The direction I've received on the matter is simply to "continually check for updates". YMMV.
