Need To Find Appraiser For Small Oil Company

Hello. I have two partners in a small LLC. One partner has decided to sell their 10% and we need to find someone who can appraise the company and their share fairly quickly. We are small but there are extenuating circumstances that make things a little more difficult. Does anyone know who could help? TIA
