Neighborhood database brings in data from subject

I've been playing with SFREP as I consider changing software. When trying to populate my neighborhood database, I find that it brings in data from the subject site and improvment sections of the report as well as data at the top of page 2. All I want is the neighborhood info in my neighborhood database. (Why would I want my subjects site info as part of the neighborhood? This is really wierd) So how do you all keep the neighborhood database from pulling in all of this other info that is unrelated to the neighborhood. This looks like a long multistep process to setup a simple neighborhood database and then a pain everytime you update the neighborhood stats. I like SFREP but this could be a deal breaker in me changing my software before I even get started.
