Never ending Revisions

I am having a rash of revisions requests from these uneducated UW's, I just removed myself from BLUEBIRD AMC because they came back 9 times for revisions, they are driving me crazy.

Total of 9 times or 9 times on one report? If the latter, I have replied (professionally), to please review report thoroughly so I can cover all the revisions with one revised report. Time is money. I never get pushback for saying this. I think they realize that if they are accusing me of being sloppy and not being thorough, they can’t be doing the same thing.

This. Appraisers make mistakes and should never be put out by being asked to correct them/provide clarification. It's when they send them over in batches that wears someone out.

As an aside - don't forget that F/F/F are implementing the new borrower initiated ROV process in October. Get ready for some crazy looking ROV's...

Will most happened to refi or HELOC? For the purcahse loan, if it can be appraised at purchase price, both sides won't argue, right?

Really can't comment without seeing the report and the revision requests. I have reviewed appraisal reports that had that many errors... it's rare, but it happens.
