I'm brand new to the PA appraisal industry and I'm trying to position myself as an Appraiser Trainee (Commercial and/or Residential) in the greater Philadelphia region. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Below is a quick summary of who I am:
Professional, ethical, high moral standards, & solid references
Robust real estate background (previously Florida licensed real estate broker/owner)
Education: Bachelor of Science obtained, currently enrolled as a part-time MBA student
Strong business acumen (previous business owner)
Adept at business development
Computer proficient: Windows & MAC (expert level in most programs)
Flexibility with hours (evening and weekends are O.K.)
Centrally located in Bucks County but willing to travel within 1.5-2 hour drive of Furlong, PA
Exceptional work ethic and reliable transportation
Completion of Educational Requirements (75 hours); June 27, 2012
RESUME & REFERENCES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
