New from South Dakota

Hello everyone, I am looking at getting into the Res Appraisal field here in South Dakota and would like any input on where to start, Online Classes? Websites for research, Tools needed, etc... I have read through alot of posts on this forum and have found alot of useful information, but want to make sure that I am headed the right direction to start out, Thanks
