Hey AF-
We attempted to sign into Spark as a new user and generate a new account this morning. Apparently TOTAL users as of today are unable to take this service for a trial-run! TOTAL users that are new customers are being REFUSED service trial-runs and being forced to pay. Contacted Alamode Support and they were not aware of this either.
Does anyone know of any other sites just to check out that are similar to Spark?

Hey all, I understand the timing looks bad but the takedown of the free trial for Spark is unrelated to GSE Guidelines. Also, a la mode is absolutely aware of the free trial being taken down since they're the ones who did it (at our request - we don't have the ability to remove or add things to the TOTAL Store on our own).

The free trial is gone until April 1st and it has to do with the price increase in Spark (Spark is going to $69/month - our first price increase in 7 years), not GSE updates or guidelines. I understand the timing sucks so I'll see what I can do and report back here. It may be nothing but I will try.

Okay, I've checked into it and during this time when there is no free trial (now through April 1st) if you are a new user and you pay for it but don't like it you can call us and we'll refund you the full amount. This, of course, only applies to one charge. If you paid multiple times we would only refund the first charge in lieu of the free trial. You can call us at 888-699-3450.

Really sorry for any confusion. Also, if you have any problems getting your money back by calling us you can DM me here and I'll take care of it myself.

Last, to answer the question in the original post, of course I'm biased but I think our tool is the best amongst the ones mentioned BUT if you don't like it or just don't want to use it for whatever reason, I think DataMaster is a great product. Also, I believe DataMaster is $89/month. Our product Spark is $69 or it will be in a week. Thanks

I don't use Spark. I guess I never will.

TrueTracts helps with market analysis and Spark helps with market analysis but that's where the similarities end. TrueTracts cannot load data about your comps or subject into your appraisal report BUT it does a really good job of market analysis and helping you to objectively define your neighborhood boundaries in a data-driven way based on the behaviors of market participants. In doing so it often allows you to pull in more properties that are competitive to your subject than what many appraisals would normally use and as a result your market analysis trends can be more reliable as they're based off of more data but properties that are still similar in features and price range. Both Spark and TrueTracts provide a way to get time adjustments that are not linear (Spark's ability to do that is being released next week) so you may have comps that sold further back that need an upward adjustment for example while very recent comps might not need an adjustment for market conditions or it might be downward.

You can check it out here if it sounds interesting: https://truefootage.tech/tools/truetracts

I watched the training videos on my MLS, and the Flex MS has statistics tools that can generate a chart or graph, and I have control over the data; it is simple to use, print as a PDF, and insert it into the report.
