Don't know no for sale signs around here except 1 that was a rental. These articles rarely lay out the data. Never in 40 years jave i seen less for sale signs but also few buyers. Prices in general way beyond what most incomes will support. It's a real Cluster F....lolBaby boomers are starting to cut loose of their real estate.
It could be the increase is a reflection of almost zero on the market previously, coupled with the correction in the equities market.Don't know no for sale signs around here except 1 that was a rental. Funny my portfolio's up in the market's and only had a week of some minor declines. LolIt could be the increase is a reflection of almost zero on the market previously, coupled with the correction in the equities market.
It's never alarming until it's alarming but kinda like bankruptcys, it starts out slow and you keep the float going and sometimes for years. Then suddenly that Black Swan arrives and the end comes much faster than you anticipate. LolCA market conditions look pretty solid to me. Nothing alarming as of right now
