Anyone tried the new "Flex" MLS? If so, what is your opinion? I will have to "play" around on the site before I am comfortable, but, so far so good.

I'm going to the training class tomorrow morning. I'll let you know after that.

Thanks. Looking forward to your opinion.

I just got back from the class and I think it will be a better system than we have at the moment. I am going to get online and start setting up my searches and setting up my export files for the 1004mc.

I have been trying to set up and save my searches and have not been having any luck. Have you saved your searches yet?

RSW, I have not tried setting up anything yet. This weekend I will attempt the 1004MC. I need to get to one of the courses. Did Donna R. teach it? When they were switching to the "old/new" MLS (before the scrapped it) I took the class and found her to be very knowledgeable.

A lady from the company that runs the Flex came and taught the class. I finally figured out how to sale a search but am having trouble getting my Total Solutions program to work with the spreadsheets from the new system.

I have been playing with the Flex system today and figured out how to get David Braun's Total Solution 1004mc program to work. It is difficult but I can do it. There are a few bugs that I need to work out but over all it works. The MLS needs to add an off market date (OMD) field to search in order for it to work properly.

Donna, at the KAAR board just emailed me and said all of the data has not been put in as the system does not go live until early Sept..
