Iam new to this group but it was suggested by the wintotal user group to pass this on to this group.

With all of the rules being changed being talked about being changed I
would like to know if the Missouri appraiser would like to start doing
something that would help our state maybe do something like Alabama did.
If you are unaware of what Alabamd did please go to this link.

I will be attending a meeting in St Charles with the MAR-Appraisal
Section next week and would like for anyone to send me their ideal's
and or remarks about what the Missouri appraiser need I would be glad
to pass this on.

I wish the Missouri Appraisers Advisory Council was more open to non-affiliated appraisers and offered more public information of what goals are being pushed.

I like having a statewide group and the mission, just wish there was more infomation, and more of an invitation.
