Trainee Appraiser, also completed a course in Manufactured Housing Valuation thru SCarolina Scool online classes. Will recieve my cert in a couple days. Goal is state liscensed real estate appraiser.I am lucky to be under the wing of a great guy willing to pay and train me. Ive been part time as trainee for almost a year now. Any info, tips, advice for a dedicated newbi?
