Does anyone have any online sources that gives square footage. I have a few tax sites that "sometimes" list the sq.ft. but it's less than 20% of the time.

can you give me the link

What counties? I assume New Jersey. Data services do not always cover every county in a state. Most firms charge by the county. It can get expensive, but in my opinion it is an absolute must.

can you give me the link to this "vital" site, or any other database site.

No offense, but have you thought about just doing a measurement?

He probably needs it for comps.

Also try

NJ TAX DATABASE
just hit log in -no user name or pw needed - not yet anyway

its usually down on weekends - doesnt always provide sq footages, but does for a lot of bergen county towns

Bonnie:

I clicked on the site and it came up asking for a login and password. Since you said that it didn't need these I clicked OK but nothing happened. Is there a generic logon and or password?

I work south NJ and have a hit rate for GLA on tax records of about 20%. Tried call tax assessors and this probably raises the hit rate to 30%. It's amazing that nobody keeps records of home size, well, except us.

Thanks,
Don
