Describe in report commentary. Does the studio have a "bedroom area". Are there, via similar studio)s sales-comps available indicating market reactions?

It's possible to get funding from anyone, even a Condo. PITA it is, I hope you end up with a Seasoned UW or SAR.

Unless it's a extremely small home like 400 to 600 square feet I don't know any traditional lender who would fund a loan on it. A small condo yes.But Single family homes are not Studio Apartments.
